Refunds & Order Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately with our suppliers, and as such, cancellations are not available. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.
- Refunds: We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be required to provide photographic proof of the damage.

No Returns Policy

Lost or Missing Packages
In rare cases where your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or reship the item at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
